As a Registered Psychologist with an Authorized Practice Endorsement (APE), I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for adolescents (14+) and adults, as well as psychological assessment services for adults (18+). I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful change.

I work with individuals experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, burnout, occupational stress, emotional dysregulation, and relationship concerns. Many of the people I support are accustomed to carrying a great deal internally while continuing to meet the demands of work, relationships, and daily life. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals.

I draw from evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing®, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed interventions, while remaining responsive to what is most supportive and meaningful for each individual. I believe meaningful change happens within a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, authenticity, and respect. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can make sense of your experiences, deepen self-understanding, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
