I am a Registered Psychologist (Provisional) who is passionate about helping individuals achieve their therapy goals. I use an integrative therapy approach while considering the well-being of the mind, body, and spirit as a whole. Integrative therapy is effective in helping individuals attain a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the world by using various evidence-based approaches.

I offer services for managing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. My style is client-centered, direct, and non-judgmental, while holding compassion and empathy for each individual. During sessions, I strive to incorporate humour, attentive listening, while gently challenging outdated beliefs and behaviour patterns that hinder progress.

I believe that everyone can experience positive change with the right support and opportunity to talk through life’s challenges. My commitment is to provide individuals with a secure, non-judgmental, and reassuring environment to explore their emotions and discover ways to achieve balance, healing, peace, and the courage to embrace change.

Taylor is working at the location of Cope Counselling under supervisor Colette Pelletier, Registered Doctoral Psychologist #556 & Thomas Robinson, Registered Doctoral Psychologist #532.
